Klara Lewis — Ta Min Hand

Played: 2026-09-10

Klara Lewis is a Swedish experimental composer; debut album Ett was released by Editions Mego in 2014, when she was 21, followed by the Msuic EP (2014) via Peder Mannerfelt's imprint. "Ta Min Hand" (3:26) is the lead track and first single from Opening, released 4 September 2026 on Editions Mego — her first album in roughly five years. The Quietus named Opening Album of the Week. On the title, Lewis told Tone Glow: "'Ta Min Hand' and I don't think it sounds right in English" — the Swedish phrase means "take my hand". Peder Mannerfelt has described Lewis as one of Sweden's only true musical innovators. Editions Mego released the album as EMEGO 325V on limited LP.
