Sigh are a Tokyo experimental metal band formed 1989/1990 by Mirai Kawashima; current lineup features Dr. Mikannibal. Goh-Ka is their 14th studio album, released via Peaceville. "Kuso-shi 1, 2, and 3" (9:12) is track 1, opening the album's nine-part "Kuso-shi" suite (split across tracks 1 and 4; the opener covers parts 1–3), released 4 September 2026 on Peaceville Records. The album's cover and booklet artworks are Kuso-zu — Japanese paintings depicting decomposition. Peaceville released an official visualiser for the track ahead of the album. Mirai Kawashima has said Shiki (1997) was the first Sigh album he consciously tried to make sound Japanese; reviewers note the doom elements return in the Kuso-shi material.
TikTok angle: Nine minutes of Japanese black metal that swallows rock, chamber music and who knows what else — from a band that's been quietly warping metal since 1989 and once got sued-adjacent attention for a banned album cover. Almost nobody in the room will know them. That's the point.
